ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT:

• STEER Application
• Letter of Good Standing (on institution letterhead confirming good academic standing)
• Immunization Records
• Copy of your personal health insurance card, both back and front
• Proof of Medical Liability Coverage (MPH students exempt)
• $600 housing fee (for ideas on how to fund your STEER experience, click here)
  

VISITING MS4s NEED TO SEND ADDITIONAL FORMS:

• Biographical Information Form
• $25 Registration Fee (made payable to UTHSCSA)
• 4th Year Application for Elective
• Proof of USMLE passing score
• Proof of Medical Liability Coverage
